Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at attraction entry points and activity stations
- Operate point-of-sale systems to process ticket sales and merchandise transactions
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized guest areas throughout shift
- Assist with crowd control and guest flow management during peak hours
- Participate in setup and breakdown of weekend events and attractions
- Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth weekend operations
Qualifications
- Must be 16 years or older (required for weekend shifts)
- Reliable transportation to downtown Nashville location
- Outgoing, friendly personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new procedures
- Availability to work both Saturday and Sunday shifts (6-8 hour shifts)
