Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced weekend environment
- Operate espresso machines and maintain clean workstations
- Process payments accurately and manage cash transactions
- Collaborate with team members during peak weekend rushes
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all menu items
- Assist with inventory management and restocking duties
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently under weekend peak pressure
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Flexible weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Must be 18+ to operate espresso equipment
