Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages (espresso, lattes, pour-overs) using premium beans
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain cleanliness of coffee station, equipment, and customer areas
- Process transactions accurately via POS system and handle cash/credit payments
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee, pastries, and supplies
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth weekend rush operations
- Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred but not required
- Strong passion for coffee and willingness to learn brewing techniques
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer-focused mindset
- Reliable weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays, 6 AM - 2 PM)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be 18+ years old
