Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee drinks (espresso, pour-overs, cold brew) following Blue Bottle standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, knowledgeable interactions
- Maintain pristine café cleanliness and organized workspace
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team during peak weekend rushes
- Participate in ongoing coffee tasting and technique training
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) consistently
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Positive, energetic attitude with team collaboration mindset
- No prior barista experience required – training provided
- Must be 18+ years old
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
