Responsibilities
- Assist in the receiving, organizing, and stocking of inventory to ensure shelves are fully stocked and merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, following all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by sweeping, mopping, and removing debris regularly.
- Collaborate with the floor team to process customer orders efficiently and accurately during peak weekend hours.
- Perform regular inventory counts and help reconcile stock discrepancies to ensure data accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and assisting shoppers with finding products.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and quality control standards to minimize workplace accidents.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday, with flexible shift availability.
- No prior work experience is required; we welcome entry-level applicants looking for a fresh start.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Basic computer literacy is preferred but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
- Reliable transportation is required to commute to the facility.
