Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stockrooms, and restrooms to company standards.
- Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment as needed during shift hours.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and service goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
