Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, sort, and stock incoming merchandise to ensure organized warehouse conditions.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and speed during peak weekend hours.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, forklifts (certification provided), and pallet jacks.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, safe, and compliant with all safety protocols and company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
