Responsibilities
- Merchandise Handling: Efficiently load, unload, and stock products to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack customer orders with precision and care to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately to management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to meet daily targets and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
- Customer Service: Assist in resolving inquiries related to orders and store operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Reliability: Proven track record of consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or retail experience is preferred but not required for the right candidates.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in order processing.
