Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, sorting, and organizing incoming stock to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Maintain Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand written instructions and communicate with team members.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus but not strictly required.
