Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process inbound and outbound shipments efficiently and accurately.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move inventory within the warehouse.
- Perform daily inventory counts and organize stock to maintain optimal storage levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards).
- Utilize handheld scanning equipment to track package movement and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate scanning software.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
