Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Ensure the warehouse facility is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality control standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning equipment.
- Willingness to work in a temperature-controlled environment.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
