Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently select, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock organization and cycle counts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: A track record of punctuality and dependability is essential.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Documentation: Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check.
- Communication: Basic English skills for reading labels and following instructions.
