Responsibilities
- Efficiently load, unload, and stage merchandise using forklifts and pallet jacks to ensure timely distribution.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through rigorous stock counts and reconciliation processes.
- Prepare and package customer orders with precision, ensuring all labeling and documentation are correct.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks during peak shifts.
- Perform daily cleaning and organization of the warehouse floor and storage areas.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanning devices (RF scanners).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions accurately.
- Reliable transportation to and from our facility in Nashville.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
