Responsibilities
- Perform efficient picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and accurately.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily turnaround targets.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve any operational issues quickly.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
