Responsibilities
- Execute daily order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, and labeling with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems safely and efficiently.
- Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for damage and ensure proper handling protocols are followed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Collaborate with the weekend support team to meet daily throughput targets and KPIs.
- Assist in inventory control activities, including cycle counts and stock organization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Reliable transportation and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
