The Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain, ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to our customers. We pride ourselves on efficiency and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in accordance with all safety protocols and training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation, counting, and organization.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Perform quality control checks on packages to ensure accuracy before they leave the facility.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Must be available to work full-time weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology.
