Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label products securely for shipment to ensure safe delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, to move materials efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and stock replenishment to maintain accurate records.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace by adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Load and unload trucks with precision and speed to meet tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify workflow improvements and operational bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety standards.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Oakland facility.
