Responsibilities
- Execute receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) after completing our safety certification.
- Conduct cycle counts and manage inventory discrepancies to ensure stock integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring timely delivery schedules are met.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional overtime.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to the Sacramento location.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
