Responsibilities
- Perform receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of products efficiently and accurately.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment to minimize hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Report inventory discrepancies and equipment issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work flexible weekend schedules (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
