Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and workplace protocols to prevent accidents.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to streamline daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass a background check.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a proven track record of punctuality.
