Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders with high accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety compliance.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner during peak hours.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Friday through Sunday (or rotating weekend shifts).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
