Responsibilities
- Operate Warehouse Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move inventory.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels in designated zones.
- Load and Unload: Receive incoming shipments and load outbound trucks according to safety protocols.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a history of punctuality.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand instructions, both written and verbal.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
