As a Weekend Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain, ensuring that our clients receive their orders accurately and on time. We pride ourselves on a safe, clean, and inclusive work environment where hard work is recognized and rewarded.

Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks to ensure stock levels are correct.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards before dispatch.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve issues and improve workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift. Must be able to work in various weather conditions if applicable to loading docks.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required to commute to the facility.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
