Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks accurately and efficiently using various equipment.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
