Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Packing & Shipping: Accurately pack orders for shipment and prepare them for delivery.
- Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock levels are correct.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily production targets.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and free of hazards to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail to prevent errors.
- Communication: Basic English skills and the ability to communicate effectively with supervisors.
