Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using hand trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
- Verify and record incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Organize stock and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
- Assist in inventory counts, stock replenishment, and cycle counts.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory verification.
- Valid driver’s license (if required for driving duties).
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
