Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify and scan incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery using warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety compliance.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding daily priorities and issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
