Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse area is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency.
- Load and unload trucks safely using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work weekend shifts and holidays as required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
