Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock to maintain optimal warehouse inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure on-time delivery to our clients.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required by OSHA standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Control: Perform routine checks on products to ensure they meet company quality standards before shipping.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate digital and physical records of inventory movements and daily operations logs.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (or specific weekend shift as assigned).
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license may be required for specific local transport duties.
