Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately fulfill customer orders by selecting, packing, and labeling products for shipment using our state-of-the-art WMS.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and stock organization.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required by safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets our high-quality standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to streamline workflow and resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday - Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate various warehouse environments.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners is a plus.
