Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory within the warehouse.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and speed during the night shift.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records using our WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality standards.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure safety compliance.
- Documentation: Update digital logs and paperwork regarding shipments and stock levels.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and night shifts.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is required for equipment operation.
