Responsibilities
- Execute inbound and outbound order fulfillment activities accurately and efficiently during night operations.
- Load, unload, and stage materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Inspect packaging for damage and ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to resolve daily operational issues.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Friday through Sunday) and night hours (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) preferred.
- Must be physically able to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and logging data.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
