Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trailers using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Inventory Management: Sort, stock, and organize inventory with high accuracy.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) in compliance with safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all work meets quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable means of transportation.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic English skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
