Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management software.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and ensure proper organization of inventory storage areas.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and verify order accuracy before shipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to meet daily throughput targets.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order integrity.
- Reliability: A history of punctual attendance and dependability.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
