Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as required.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of warehouse equipment and report any issues.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse organized and ensure proper labeling of all stock.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends only (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime if needed.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable means of transportation and a clean driving record.
- Documentation: Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check.
- Communication: Strong ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
