Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks and pallets using appropriate equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks).
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Conduct inventory counts and stock management as required by management.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team.
