Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and products safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure the warehouse area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic math skills for inventory and order processing.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
