Responsibilities
- Manage 5-8 weekend retail associates during peak hours
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all departments
- Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment
- Process transactions and resolve payment discrepancies
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines and promotions
- Conduct daily safety compliance audits
- Generate weekend performance reports for management
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-10PM)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Valid NM driver's license (for store errands)
- Flexibility to work holidays during peak seasons
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory software
