Responsibilities
- Efficient Order Fulfillment: Process inbound and outbound shipments quickly and accurately during high-volume weekend shifts.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and organize storage areas to ensure efficiency.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect goods for damage and ensure proper labeling and packaging standards are met.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and peers to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Rotating shifts).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we train motivated candidates.
- Documentation: Must be a US citizen or legal resident eligible to work immediately.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
