Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory accuracy through cycle counts and maintain organized stockrooms.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and company operational policies.
- Package and prepare shipments for distribution to customers efficiently.
- Collaborate with shift supervisors to meet daily production and quality goals.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work full-time weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Forklift certification is a plus but training provided for the right candidate.
- Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to the Baltimore facility.
