Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and verify incoming and outgoing packages with precision and speed.
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and inventory management software accurately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
- Assist in inventory counts, stock rotation, and cycle counts as directed.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday) and overtime when necessary.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required.
