Responsibilities
- Logistics Support: Assist with the loading, unloading, and staging of merchandise and materials efficiently and safely.
- Inventory Management: Help maintain accurate inventory levels by organizing stock, checking for damages, and preparing items for shipment.
- Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional service to customers and internal stakeholders by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and cleanliness standards.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as required by the specific role.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliability: Strong track record of attendance and punctuality.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Transportation: Must have reliable personal transportation to commute to the Charlotte, NC or Georgia location.
