- Develop and execute the 2026 sustainability roadmap aligned with UN SDGs and net-zero targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing circular economy models across 15+ global facilities
- Drive ESG reporting excellence to secure AAA ESG rating by 2026
- Architect carbon-neutral supply chain initiatives reducing Scope 3 emissions by 40%
- Forge strategic partnerships with climate-tech startups and policy influencers
- Oversee $50M green innovation fund allocation for emerging sustainability technologies
- Lead board-level sustainability communications and stakeholder engagement
Qualifications
- 15+ years in sustainability strategy with 5+ years in C-suite leadership
- Proven track record of scaling ESG programs in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in circular economy frameworks and carbon accounting standards (GHG Protocol)
- Advanced degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or MBA with sustainability focus
- Professional certifications in LEED, GRI, or SASB required
- Experience managing $100M+ sustainability budgets and cross-border teams
- Demonstrated success in securing climate-tech partnerships and policy advocacy
