You'll collaborate with R&D, product design, and supply chain teams to embed eco-conscious practices into our core business model while measuring impact through advanced ESG metrics.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of corporate sustainability roadmaps aligned with 2030 UN SDGs
- Identify and integrate emerging green technologies (carbon capture, bio-based materials) into product lifecycles
- Oversee cross-functional sustainability projects with $2M+ annual budgets
- Design and implement circular economy models to achieve 90% waste reduction targets
- Drive stakeholder engagement through ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB)
- Lead innovation sprints focused on sustainable material alternatives
- Monitor regulatory shifts and adapt strategies proactively
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or Engineering
- 7+ years in sustainability management with 3+ years in innovation leadership
- Proven experience developing ESG strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in circular economy principles and lifecycle assessment
- Strong data analytics skills for sustainability metrics (GHG, water, waste)
- Professional certifications (LEED AP, SAI Global) preferred
- Deep knowledge of carbon markets and carbon credit systems
- Experience managing remote, multidisciplinary innovation teams
