Responsibilities
- Lead the design and deployment of next-generation renewable energy infrastructure
- Develop innovative energy storage solutions for grid-scale applications
- Conduct feasibility studies for sustainable energy projects across North America
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and test new energy systems
- Analyze market trends to identify emerging opportunities in green energy
- Create technical documentation and sustainability impact reports
- Mentor junior engineers on advanced energy modeling techniques
Qualifications
- Masters or PhD in Sustainable Energy Engineering or related field
- 5+ years experience in renewable energy systems design
- Expertise in energy storage technologies (battery, thermal, hydrogen)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in energy modeling software
- Proven track record of implementing large-scale sustainability projects
- Deep understanding of grid integration challenges and solutions
- LEED Green Associate or equivalent sustainability certification preferred
- Published research in peer-reviewed energy journals a plus
