Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 sustainability strategy aligned with global ESG standards
- Lead carbon footprint analysis and reduction initiatives across 15+ operational sites
- Design circular economy frameworks for product lifecycle optimization
- Drive stakeholder engagement through transparent sustainability reporting and communications
- Oversee ESG compliance and manage third-party sustainability certifications
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing resource efficiency projects
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory shifts to maintain competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in sustainability strategy with proven net-zero implementation experience
- Advanced degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- Expertise in carbon accounting frameworks (GHG Protocol, SBTi)
- Strong background in ESG reporting (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Proficiency in sustainability analytics tools (e.g., SAP Sustainability Cloud, Persefoni)
- Experience managing multi-million dollar sustainability transformation budgets
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Professional certification in sustainability (e.g., GRI, CFA ESG) preferred
