Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive sustainability roadmaps targeting 2026 net-zero emissions goals
- Oversee ESG reporting frameworks and ensure compliance with evolving global standards
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate circular economy principles across all business units
- Develop innovative carbon offset strategies and nature-based solutions
- Forge strategic partnerships with policymakers, NGOs, and technology innovators
- Drive employee engagement through sustainability training and impact measurement
- Present sustainability progress to executive leadership and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in sustainability leadership with demonstrable impact on climate goals
- Advanced degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- Expertise in carbon footprint analysis, LCA methodologies, and ESG frameworks
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year sustainability strategies
- Strong experience with regulatory compliance (SEC climate rules, GHG Protocol)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or similar preferred
