Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-compliant sustainability roadmaps aligned with global ESG standards
- Lead carbon neutrality initiatives across 15+ international facilities
- Design and implement circular economy frameworks for product lifecycle management
- Manage cross-functional teams driving waste reduction and renewable energy adoption
- Report sustainability metrics to C-suite and external stakeholders per GRI/SASB standards
- Forge strategic partnerships with NGOs, policymakers, and tech innovators
- Drive employee engagement through sustainability certification programs
Qualifications
- 8+ years in sustainability management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record achieving carbon neutrality targets in manufacturing/tech sectors
- Expertise in ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Advanced degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or MBA with sustainability focus
- Proficiency in sustainability software (e.g., Sustainly, Envizi)
- Certification in LEED or ISO 14001 required
- Experience managing multi-million dollar sustainability budgets
