Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 sustainability strategy aligned with UN SDGs and net-zero commitments
- Lead carbon footprint analysis and reduction initiatives across global operations
- Design ESG reporting frameworks ensuring compliance with GRI and SASB standards
- Manage stakeholder engagement including investors, NGOs, and regulatory bodies
- Drive circular economy innovations through supplier collaboration and waste reduction
- Oversee implementation of renewable energy transition plans
- Monitor emerging sustainability technologies and regulatory trends
- Present progress to board members and external sustainability councils
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability with 3+ years in strategy development
- Proven expertise in carbon accounting tools (e.g., GHG Protocol, CDP)
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or similar qualification
- Experience with ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Demonstrated success in circular economy implementation
- Advanced data analysis skills with sustainability software (e.g., Envizi, Persefoni)
- Strong presentation skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
