Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal changes through 2030
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning and future-state modeling
- Lead innovation workshops and cross-functional teams to generate and validate breakthrough concepts
- Translate foresight insights into executable strategic plans aligned with business objectives
- Build and cultivate relationships with external experts, thought leaders, and innovation ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data visualization
- Establish KPIs to measure the impact of innovation initiatives on long-term growth
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Business Analytics, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and futures research methodologies
- Strong command of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Exceptional analytical and storytelling skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects or innovation initiatives
